Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time of purchase.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Product information

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product photos may include illustrations or styling for display purposes. Measure your pet using our size guide before ordering.

Pet safety

Our costumes are designed for short-term wear during photos, parties and supervised activities. Always supervise your pet while it's wearing a costume, don't leave it unattended, and remove the costume if your pet seems uncomfortable, too warm or tries to chew it. Plush accessories are decorative and are not toys. Paws & Wow isn't responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse or unsupervised wear.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Paws & Wow or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws & Wow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.
